Shit attracts flies
Seems like every time you use it you’ll end up having to explain what it means unless you’re playing D&D
Luxuries have a way of becoming necessities.
One thing that helped me relax when learning to drive: 99% of the time you only need to worry about what’s directly in front of you. Unless you’re changing lanes or backing up that’s your main priority. Yeah it’s good to be a defensive driver and anticipate things and that will come with time. Don’t be overstimulated by every detail around you, know what to focus on. I hope this helps you relax like it did me
Something is wrong with anyone that would look down on you for it
Practice patience. Drive slow. Why is it so hard?
Yeah it’s uncomfortable as hell to sit with anything in back pockets. I’ve actually utilized this at work. My customers often have me sign out contractor keys that I must return before leaving. Keeping them in a back pocket prevents me from driving away with them. I’ll know as soon as I sit down if I didn’t return them
I’ve donated blood and plasma and each time I’ve been offered rewards but don’t bother claiming them. I do it to help others. My job pays me enough to live on.
Maybe try to ween them off cable by cutting down to ultra basic cable. Still have access to local news.
Usually I warn my 81 year old dad about these scams. Don’t think I need to worry about this one, he wouldn’t be tech savvy enough to find the windows button
Yeah but developed a quick explanation for it: Industrial water treatment tech for HVAC. You know how having a swimming pool or hot tub requires some chemistry? I do that for water in boilers and cooling towers used to heat or cool big buildings
“The person of interest was named as Joseph A. Couch, 32, according to Kentucky State Police and the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office. He’s described as white, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 154 pounds.” Police have not yet determined if there is a romantic connection to J.D. Vance
If it was Russia the whale would have fallen out a window
Nobody lies about having worked at McDonald’s
The same Bernie Madoff that died in jail?
Food server/bartender jobs come to mind. Not only do you meet a lot of people but they often are repeat customers. People would rather hire someone they are familiar with than a stranger off the street and it helps if they see you have a good work ethic. If you are like me and don’t have a college degree don’t underestimate qualities you may have that will work for you. Just by showing up with a positive attitude and being trustworthy puts you ahead. Every job I’ve had in adulthood came by word of mouth and they have all been small businesses. The job I wouldn’t recommend is a factory job. They often will pay a couple of bucks more and seem ideal if you don’t want to deal with the public but you won’t meet many people besides your coworkers unless you work the dock. I hope this helps, good luck
Find yourself a job where you meet lots of people. This will make it easier to find a better job
Also gas lines and radiator hoses
Low effort patriotism
