I’m not entering the contest but wrapping up August with an Aperol cocktail and maybe the best one, an adjusted Paper Plane.
2oz bourbon
1.5 oz lemon
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Amaro Nonino
Splash of Campari
Shaken and strained half into a couple, half into a little cup to put in the freezer, but both are for me tonight. Happy end of August, last day to enter or vote.
