UK/London person here.
Without buying a 3D printer, is there anywhere I can go to get something like this made? Other than finding a friend with such a printer, that is.
Thanks, it’s less about one case, more that, if I see something interesting and printable, is there a service where I can order it, or places to go to print it?
@foofiepie@wjrii Shapeways was my go-to for awhile, and they have an amazing variety of materials they can do. But for your basic PLA/PETG pieces, it doesn’t take very many orders to make buying your own printer cost-effective.

That’s what I saw years ago when I looked for US options. So instead, I just have two very cheap printers. My hobbies don’t make any money whether I’m efficient or not, so I’m more willing to trade time for cash investment.

Have a look for Makerspace/Hackerspace. I’m sure there are some in London and they probably have a 3D printer.
Lots of Pi cases on Amazon UK and other vendors. Anything specific you’re after?

Ahh, gotcha. I will not opine further then. :-)

Yes. There are several I’ve seen advertised but I’ve never used. Pcbway, despite the name, has 3d printing services. I have no experience with them.
