Edit: 3:30 still no water, no communication Edit: 4:30 wooo cold water, no hot water, not sure if it’ll stay on because it has come on for a few minutes a couple of times this afternoon

My buildings water was meant to be off between 10am and 2pm… it’s 3:10, no water and no communication. I am displeased.
