And suddenly all is well.

I feel at peace, I often take things on the internet too literally (in person too lol). The whole “touch grass” phrase that many people use doesn’t really resonate with those of us who are neurodivergent. I’m just weary of the online world, but it’s refreshing to see platforms like Lemmy and others in the Fediverse allowing us to control the content we engage with. It’s not just about the content, the audience is different as well.

Whew! How are you guys today?

Thanks for the reply. I might come back to you at some point.

A quick heads up: For some reason, this reply does not appear in my Inbox here on Beehaw. No idea why, maybe it’s worth looking into.

Yeah, I’ve also noticed that sometimes replies don’t show up in the inbox for threads with a bunch of replies. I think it automatically mutes replies after a certain number? Unsure, and unfortunately not likely something to be fixed anytime soon as we are not planning on updating our version of Lemmy anytime soon as we wish to migrate to another platform.
