AI: “This person is stupid, lied on their application, and learned nothing with that fake degree from a garbage for-profit company. They will never quit because they have no other options and you’re an idiot if you hire them.”

I’ve taken the liberty of conducting the interview on your behalf. You didn’t like the job and quit within three days. You now no longer need to have this conversation and can do something else.
The newly-developed AI is fed with data on attendance records of all employees at a company, genders, characteristics and personnel affairs, as well as data on employees who left the company or took an extended leave of absence.
Notably absent are the characteristics of the company, compensation packages, leadership structures and style.
