5% lol you’re way off. If you’re that far off for Spain, I have to wonder if your arse was also the source for the figures for the other countries.

Do they not have to say what percentage is actually meat? Where I live (not UK), if I look at, say, ham slices, the ingredients list will say something like “meat (85%)” and then water, and salt and other things. Cheap meat is only about 55-60% meat. Fancy packages are like 92% or 95%. I’m not exaggerating even slightly. I bought ham yesterday and settled on the 85%.
Edit: I checked beef and chicken-turkey mince in my fridge. 82% and 92% (77% chicken and 15% turkey).
How is this world news?! I don’t give a fuck what’s going on in some city in the USA
You’ve got a point, there’s some danger here, but I would have zero sympathy if someone ignored the fact that sarcasm isn’t communicated well in text.
I don’t know, I think a thumbs up is clear acceptance tbh.
Cool, always good to see new options, I hadn’t come across this one before.
Cheers, that’s reassuring
Thank you
That’s helpful, he wouldn’t have admin access, mostly because I know enough to know that what I don’t know is dangerous.
Thanks to you both, I think I read at some point that nextcloud might be a bit overpowered and resource heavy (for me). I’ll look into syncthing.
Three to one is such an absurd parody of justice.
Excellent explanation, thanks.
Could you DM me the Homepage link? I’m not finding it among generic results. Yes, I’m a wee bit dim.
Don’t sweat it. You’d have to create a profile on each instance and then create all of the subs on each. And some have decent bot protection, so that is tougher. Then if they’re not active and you want one, start/find it on your home instance and petition your home instance’s admins for mod control. They’ll probably see whats going on and cut that power(-crazy) user off.
It’s not like Reddit where there’s only one version of a community. It’s a double-edged sword, this feature, but in your case it’s a clear benefit.
Dark (or preferably amoled) mode is the way God intended apps to be viewed.
This must play a huge role. Given how Lemmy works, illegal content is actively being hosted on your server, that’s a huge risk, surely. I wouldn’t touch hosting porn on any server I owned or administered with a ten foot pole.
Your cat looks so chill with you, it’s beautiful to see.
I had a OnePlus 3t. The power button stopped working in the end, but it lasted a good five years and was fast enough, even at the end. The camera was awful from the beginning though. Like you say tough, the prices now are nothing special.
I have to say I’ve never seen people let their water sit or boil it, and I’ve been all over the place since 2010 in Spain. I know for hard (not heavy :)) water you can install (expensive) systems between the incoming water and your taps that can soften it, but I don’t know how common they are. I would drink the tap water from any town in Spain without a second thought. Wouldn’t you? A finca in the countryside, I might be sceptical, or a service station in the middle of nowhere, maybe not, but any “built-up” area, for sure.
https://lemmy.fmhy.ml/post/280651 I don’t know how to see the community on the gerboa app, so hopefully this link can work!
She’s super cute, looks like she rules the roost 😆
