Same here in Germany. But let’s see, how long that will be. Wiith CDU and it’s little dirty and stinky brother already waiting for their turn to come and destroy everything which makes the future seem not completely damned. Alongside with all welfare-goodies (leftover from the nineties).
Argh.
Non-tech Background. I work for a big union and migrated here from reddit, which was my only social media site I would use.
Yesterday I requested that Reddit deletes any and all data associated with my Reddit account under the GDPR. It was so hard, because my account was 9 years old and I really had so much fun in my subreddits. I tried to create high quality content, just to do my part and help Reddit grow as a diverse community.
Now that I read this I have no doubts anymore that it was a good decision to go and destroy all my content there. I’m making popcorn and watch this shithole burn. Lemmy makes it easier, because I know many good people have found a new home for sharing great content and just having a good time. Sry for the rant 0.o
As of now I only have two drills and a measuring tape from them (I know Makita from working dry construction during college). I think it’s really hard to cut off an arm with those :D
I’m a Makita-Fangirl. I know, there might be better brands and some tools just aren’t meant to be battery-driven.
But I would give my right arm for Makita-Chainsaw ;)
Count me in ✊
Yeah, today will be the day! I’ll finish it, no matter what! Thanks for the heads-up :) have a great Sunday
Trying to complete “Breath of the wild” on switch for the 100th time in a row.
I got lost somewhere, my horse is gone and I just want it to be over, so I can get myself a new game :D I start it every now and then, need an eternity to remember everything (plus the damn A-B-thing, I play X-Box normally and the buttons are swapped, for those who don’t know).
I’m doing my part!
I love the mumins! Although they’re children’s books they’re are definitely worth a read :)
