It happened twice!
It happened twice!
While I like the concept, I can’t help but prefer ‘!?’ or ‘?!’. There’s more granularity of meaning, and I think it just looks nicer having two or more separate characters.
Interesting, I can’t think of two countries bordering each other that have all of these.
US or China?
Depending on how you sleep, you might just want to look into slim conductive headphones instead of overpriced sleep-specific ones
What sort of meetups would you recommend to find a partner?
Outer wilds is really worth completing! And you’re right, watching a play-through would ruin it.
If you’re having trouble with the ship controls, try just flying around the first planet and the moon a bit to get a hang of it. If you pay attention to gravity and momentum, you will be fine, it’s not really mechanically demanding. For other planets, fly to where they will be, not where they are. Also, use ‘match velocity’ a lot whenever you’re near something, which makes it a lot easier not to crash. There is also an autopilot mode, although I’ve never used it.
Also, I don’t remember any difficult platforming, although I suppose ‘difficult’ is relative. There’s only really one difficult skill based thing to do in the game I can think of, and it’s 100% optional. ::: spoiler landing on the sun station :::

Yeah if league starts working on linux again then I’ll probably relapse as well :/
Yeah, I’m sad that I could only ever play my favorite game once.
Wow, never would have guessed that a squirrel can just chomp through my bones
Airplane food isn’t always bad, is just so dry in the cabin that you can barely taste anything, and bread goes stale instantly.
Yeah, great for cleaning, and I got a pack of 100 for like $4
I have to disagree. A good electric toothbrush makes a big difference, personally.
Well, I currently have my browser set to fake my user agent as windows on my linux desktop. So it’s not overestimated in every case. I suspect it’s a bit higher than the true percentage, but not by very much.
I don’t how to feel about this. It feels like half inspiration, half indoctrination. “sure, everything sucks, but just pretend it doesn’t!! the cute woman will smile at u and u will leave the store together!!!”
The message about empathy is important. I don’t think I could ever be “well-adjusted” to modern hell though, and I’m not convinced it’s really something to aspire to anyway.
The video equates discontent with self centeredness and lack of empathy. But I’m not angry with the person driving in front of me, I’m angry with politicians and automakers who scarred our land with highways and parking lots, and prioritized cars over humans. I’m not angry with the people around me at the supermarket, I’m angry at the megacorporations that damage the planet and exploit people while filling up the shelves with a million “different” products that are all overpriced and somehow even smaller than they were last year.
The video may be well meaning, but I think it misses the mark, and works to reinforce the status quo.
It’s not like the bladder is radiating heat away when it’s inside the body. Heat doesn’t just get used up, it has to go somewhere. If it was in equilibrium it would just increase your thermal mass and have no effect.
Like I said though, I think the issue is that it’s constantly moving heat away from the core to the lower abdomen where it can be radiated or conducted away.
Well it starts at body temperature, and if it stays in thermal equilibrium, then it doesn’t require energy to maintain. It wouldn’t make a difference, you’d be losing the same amount of heat energy either way.
Based on what others have said, I think the answer is that it isn’t really in equilibrium. If the bladder is in contact with tissues that are warmer on one side than the other, then it will basically act as a thermal conductor to move heat away from your core.
You want to go back to (nonexistent) 80s climate policy?? I don’t think you’ve thought this through.
