This guy’s terrible at his job. Even I can answer that one.
Abso-fucking-lutely yes.

Oh no I meant you were right. The article clarifies it, but the title is still odd the way it only says he hit a bicycle.
Yeah even the article says “bicyclist” while the title just says “bicycle”. Strange wording choice.
It blows my mind that anyone can be that wrong on all topics.
It’s like the difference between choosing random answers on a multiple choice test versus knowing the right answers and actively avoiding them to get the worst result. It feels like they’re trying to punish the US for something.
“gender” is a mental disorder
Wat.
Helldivers 2 works on Linux by the way. It was the first game I installed on Linux and I have almost 100 hrs on it. I haven’t tried the others you mentioned though.
I switched to Linux Mint a couple months ago and use Steam a lot. I’ve tried at least 10 games and all worked perfectly.
But I don’t do competitive multiplayer. Those are more likely to have issues with anti-cheats. Although I did try Hell Let Loose and Helldivers very successfully and those are both major online titles.
Check https://protondb.com if you’re worried about a specific game’s compatibility. I’ve had silver rated games work perfectly though.
Edit: Apps - Photo editing and 3D CAD are the main areas I’ve struggled with on Linux. There’s no good Adobe equivalent, and no good Fusion 360 equivalent. Free CAD exists, but that can gently fuck off.
Strangely, it’s not racism. This Attorney General is just notoriously an asshole.
Sandra Hemme, a white woman, was the longest wrongfully incarcerated person, and she recently went through the same issue in Missouri.
I’m sure you’re not wrong about the racism, but his bullshit seems to transcend race.
The latest steam survey says 2.08% use Linux.
That’s more than 2%, I bet you feel pretty ridiculous now!
Bailey, who was appointed attorney general … has a history of opposing overturning convictions, even when local prosecutors cite evidence of actual innocence.
In 2023, Bailey’s office argued against then-St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner’s effort to overturn the murder conviction of Lamar Johnson, who was imprisoned 28 years. A St. Louis judge sided with Johnson, who was freed.
Bailey’s office also argued in court in May against freeing Christopher Dunn, who has spent 33 years in prison for a 1990 killing that St. Louis Circuit Attorney Gabe Gore determined that Dunn probably didn’t commit. A judge is still deciding that case.
And Bailey is opposing St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell’s effort to set aside the murder conviction of Marcellus Williams. A hearing is Aug. 21 — just a month before Williams is scheduled to be executed. Testing unavailable at the time of the 1998 stabbing death found another person’s DNA on the knife, but not Williams’.
I would love to hear his justification for all of these. Is it just the for-profit prison money, or the pride of not being wrong?
Definitely not a step up. I don’t think…
Looking for office equipment recommendations on Reddit recently, every single thread had fake suggestions that were clearly advertiser accounts. They sounded incredibly fake like bots that pulled descriptions from Amazon, all had similar links with tracking, and all were upvoted to the top.
Oh yeah I love that corporate mindset - there’s a major issue so let’s take even more time away from fixing the problem.
The issue is management only has one tool (meetings), and if you only have a hammer everything looks like a nail. Surely another meeting will fix it.
The population of Maryland is 6.165 million. 100k people is 1.6% of the state’s population.
That seems insane.
But what if they’re riding a horse and the horse does something silly? What then?
My only issue with Mint Cinnamon is it doesn’t have badges for notifications on app icons. For example, when you get a Discord message.
It’s a really weird omission.
I hated the walking physics in 4. It was like drunk mode the way he swayed around and delayed as you tried to switch directions.
What agenda is that referencing? I’m out of the loop.
