This is a really bizarre point to try to make, to me. The headline doesn’t say “the vast, overwhelming percentage of gamers”… It says most. 53% is most.

The bigger problem I had was with the categories, really.

Sifu is a great game.

Kinda related. My aunt, my father’s sister, was quite ill and the doctors were telling us it could be any moment that she passes on. That “any moment” ended up stretching into a week. My father was also quite ill for other reasons, and it was difficult to transport him. We finally arranged for him to be able to go visit his sister after this week of "any moment"s, and he got to hold her hand. Less than an hour later, she passed.

Nintendo DS and Switch are the second and third most sold consoles ever, respectively. Gameboy and GB Colour comes in fourth of you count them together. Wii is sixth or seventh depending on if you group the above.

I think people like their consoles.

By “enforceable,” I meant, “the reasonable legal means to follow up”.

As I understand it, cause of the country the creator is from, a C&D was unlikely to be enforceable. Money, on the other hand, is a universal language.

I find it odd that you admit people can have different opinions (“to each their own”), then in the same breath imply anyone who doesn’t agree with you is blind/not looking (“obvious to any who look”).

Whether you want to believe it or not, I grew up on original 7 and my brothers and I probably have thousands of hours between us in the game. I replayed the original on PS4 leading up to Remake, and replayed the original again on Steamdeck leading up to Rebirth. I think it’s fair to say I’m a fan of the original, and the remakes both.

Speak for yourself, I’ve been absolutely loving the 7 remakes.

I consider myself pretty progressive and am friends with nothing but progressives. And lots of people in the LGBTQ+ community. This is the first time I’ve ever seen someone want to have their second-person pronouns changed… It does not make communication easy.
