Going off the window decorations, I would say they are referring to Ubuntu 25.04

Though I’ve never encountered this I have heard that it can be caused by the fillament twisting on its way to the extruder. Maybe try makeing sure the fillament doesn’t make any really twisty turns. Edit: ah wait I thought this was dual extrusion filement, nevermind
OK now we need to run the math, how many crabs to boot a Linux terminal
I was also looking into ts6, but the lack of an updated mobile app was the dealbreaker for us there. (Unless there is one that I somehow missed)
How does revolt work on the day to day. I tried making a server there to test it, but couldn’t even join a voice call. Also does it have screensharing yet? My friend group uses that pretty regularly.
Home Depot has effectively had DEI in there core values since they were founded and that hasn’t changed yet. Hell “Respect for all people” is printed on every single apron
Fish in a Birdcage is one of my alltime favorites. Great for relaxed listening and tends to have really good stories in the songs as well.
I am also interested in the open source sdk they claim it will have. I’ve been wanting to build an openbook for ages, but sourcing the pannel has proved pretty much impossible. This might wind up being the next best thing
My favorite one that I have found was a tape measure with exactly one error. The 2’ 0.5" mark was marked one sixteenth off. The entire rest of the tape measure was accurate.
Transcendental Cha Cha Cha, makes you feel high, while sober.
Not an expert in it, but this isn’t necessarily AI, it could be good ol’ image text recognition that has existed for years now.
I do but that is because I use RSS feeds and heavily curate what I get (think new scientific papers, animation news, and DIY stuff) those articals are almost always interesting enough to get me to read them in entirety. Politics on the other hand… I check in maybe once a month to see what is going on. If something huge happens I’m sure I will find out from my coworkers quick enough.
2001 here literally grew up with CRT static, you have your years a bit off there.
When searching for info, yes. But just daily use and scrolling no
I’m a sucker for Nixie Tubes
The audio quality of a USB to headphone jack can vary wildly as they need to contain their own DAC (digital->analoge converter), tbh most are probably good enough for most people but depending on your headphone setup you may be able to tell. (Depending how much you spend they can actually have better audio quality than a normal phones headphone jack)
Edit: Fiio makes a pretty nice one, but not the cheapest on the block
Maybe it is a regional thing? I’m from the US and that is pretty much the size of every banana at my grocery store.
To clarify, by regional I mean that the US disproportionately buys / sells a variety of bananas that is just bigger. Though I’ll admit I have not taken the time to google this so 🤷
My primary machine is still Windows, but pretty much all of my other machines run some version of Linux. The only reason my primary is winows is because I do a lot of 3d modeling and gaming. (Yes I own a steamdeck and it works really nice, but some of my fav’s still refuse to just click the “let anticheat work on Linux” button.)
This reminds me a lot of the Alpaca UI. I’ll have to give this one a go!
