Honestly we knew that, even if Trump wasn’t involved, the people around him were. Y’all are too gullible. Even today I see posts on Lemmy about “Elon did this, Trump did that”, pure noise draining out the real news that happens once or twice a week.

I hate this attitude of “well if you can’t get a professional therapist, figure out how to get one anyways”. There needs to be an option for people who either can’t afford or can’t access a therapist. I would have loved for AI to fill that gap. I understand it won’t be as good, but in many regions the wait-list for therapy is far too long, and something is better than nothing

Online therapy is good. One of the major downsides is it doesn’t get you going outside though, which is a major benefit of therapy at a clinic.

Other than that, make more friends and chat it out with them (join a run club in your city, for example) or use an AI therapist. There’s a lot of people who will shreik and yell at these options, but if you have no other options, they’re great
