I just remembered there was someone who used to be on the other DT a couple of years ago who lived with their son and was pretty active. Forgot their name but I wonder if they’re doing okay.
They call it rawdogging? (I ask, as a Gen Z person)
Also hard relate. I’ve noticed I’ve been watching YouTube and scrolling through Reddit to try to numb anxious feelings.
You’ve got this!!

Remember the bingo.
Good old Latin, good old brains. Thank you, Spud <3 I really appreciate your support!
I’m curious about why there were mentions of dyslexia and adhd.
I’m having shitty sticky thoughts after a recent nightmare, so whilst I engage in some mindfulness, here are some memes to make light of the situation. Also fun fact - yesterday a lecturer said in a talk about sheep digestive systems that the word rumination means to chew the cud. Sheep and cows are ruminants.

This reminds me. I was serving a customer who was flying to Bali the next day. I told her to enjoy her trip and she said, “You too!”. One day.
Finneas! Also known as Billie Eilish’s brother.
Good point!
Ticket secured :)
Ok so there’s a concert I want to go to and it’s nearly all GA. Unfortunately, I am only about 4’10. It is an extra $60 for a seat in a booth. I am on a uni student budget.
I guess I’ll be going for GA. Should be an experience.
Friend says there’s something in the Melbourne air that makes her sleepy. I wonder what.
Thank you :)
Help yourself to some fruit whilst you wait

I had a matcha already and now I want another.
Somehow I was ready for work at 6:30 this morning which is super rare. Normally I’m rushing. I think it has to do with daylight savings and waking up at the end rather than the middle of a sleep cycle.
Anyway, one thing to note is that I am a casual, but this shift is my only consistent shift each week. I didn’t check the roster properly because for about a year and a half, this shift has always been the same. Today I said to myself that I was going to be pretty early for once. But a voice in my head told me to make a coffee. I didn’t listen to it.
I get there and wait for the manager to open the door. Surely enough, they changed my shift to start at 7:30, so I get less money. The manager had changed the shift on Thursday. It was my fuck up, but lowkey annoyed. Apparently it’s to cut costs but they did spend $150 on a morning tea the other day. Spending less on wages yay. I think I will have to look for a new job soon because I must be getting too old for them.
On the bright side, at least I’ll get a sleep in every second week starting half an hour later.
