This take is pretty gross. People are allowed to have families, and those families should be safe.

While this is an interesting article, I feel like in the current state of twitter Alt right accounts are promoted whatever you like. When I was on it I followed feminist type pages, local news, some left wing comedians, I was still frequently offered Andrew Tate and the like.
Awful woman
My local nextdoor has an issue with non white people in vans. Like normal builders eating their lunch and Sharon down the road is posting “Anyone know why this man is here? Stayed there for 45 minutes, very suspicious, might be stealing dogs”.
I absolutely agree. I did however listen to the audio of him gloating over the attack on Nancy Pelosi and her husband and it made me sick. I could never celebrate violence but I have a little less anger for those who are striking out at Trump.
Why are you doing 7 hours of homework as an adult?
You can add lots of toys and treats to keep them amused. Remember at a rescue place each cat has much less space than a room, sometimes a glorified box. It would be really sad if you have to send them back, but I will say I’ve adopted a lot of adult cats and it’s never happened to me. There’s a chance, but I think it’s fairly low.
Have you considered fostering for a rescue? That way you can save a cat and you can get a better idea how your cat will react.
Most cats do like company if introduced very slowly. Like over a couple of months. If it was me I’d probably try it.
Not really talking about brutality, although that varies from place to place, but more the occupying garrison for the ruling class comments. Police structure vary from country to country.
Also Scotland yard is a building, it doesn’t do anything.
These days, we know the police are not here to protect the public, rather to serve as an occupying garrison for the ownership class, and while this was always the case, the DEA and war on drugs and the 1033 program have made this role even more clear.
American police. Police in different countries are structured in very different ways.
Not sure if it’s very, maybe slightly? They’re not cuddle kitties, but neither are they murder kitties.
I’ve mentioned this before but I worked at a zoo and we provided all kinds of plants to primates that were medicinal for just this reason, they’re very clever and often treat their illnesses before the keepers even know they’re sick. Not just great apes either, capuchins and lemurs that aren’t nearly as bright do it too.
We’re up to 922 according to that link. That’s insane.
I read a report that suggests longer grass encourages small mammals to set up breeding areas and that mow in June kills them. Animals like shrews, hedgehogs, harvest mice, they’re all being mowed up.
By mowing normally and leaving the hedgerows intact we allow animals to choose safe nesting spots.
This feel like one of these evil mad scientist films, or the start of a disaster film.
Zoos have known this for a long while, this study from London zoo went into it in 2006, and look at the sources going back into the 90’s.
It’s cool that this new study has come out, but this isn’t news really.
I’m getting paywalled and can’t be bothered getting around it but I’ve read a lot about this from the researchers who study it, it’s quite interesting. Is it possible that cells can have memory? Of course. Could energy persist beyond the physical? Sure.
I wouldn’t call myself a believer but I’m definitely a curious observer.

Poor woman. The women there have been through so much.
There’s something wrong in the research here, if she had her daughter at 14, and the daughter is 14, then how can she be 26?
