A Child is advocating for a Back Surgeon who has made a General Call? Am I reading that right?
I have a lawyers business card in my desk, that could make this game very interesting…
So google manufactured a (possibly false) security risk to force users into updating to manifest v3 software?
Someone once said that using limewire was like having unprotected sex with the internet and that person was right.
I think downloading a crack for a game you paid for should be covered under “right to repair” laws.

And befoee someone says “different ammo,” most ukrainian weapons are using 7.62x39 or other soviet style rounds…russia and ukraine use mostly the same ammo. Yes,some of the NATO provided weapons will be different (5.56 etc) but there is enough overlap that they could definietly put it to good use.
Yay for blowing stuff up, but if they were close enough to get that video, why not just steal the truck and then have the ammo for yourself?
I found I had to block a large number of communities from my feed that were very narrow minded. Once I did some diligent editing, however, Lemmy has become my daily browse and I’m happy with the change. I still use reddit for some of the niche communities that don’t have a counterpart here, but the larger topics (news, memes, technology) are well covered and open to discourse.

I bought mine as a paibt scraper at a dollar store. Works just fine.

Isn’t this exactly how “Snowpiercer” starts?
Yup, could do this. Have tried to do this. Slept like shit. Not worth it. I’ll spend the extra $50/mo on cranking the AC to wake up each day feeling decent.
Until a couple years from now when they wonder why other companies are destroying them, and they become a shell of their former self. THE literal case study on this is GE.
Ahhh, the truest sign of a company in decline, cutting costs by firing talented people.
I know exactly how much it uses, I still have a regular electric bill.
Strong dissagree. I am barely functional pre-caffeine in the early morning. A Keurig is about as much mental energy as I can muster to operate. It is a godsend to me on day I work early.
