First, Banksey actually creates art. Second, This stunt generated 0 patrons. The person who does marketing for the museum generated publicity and patrons for bringing this to the medias attention. Without that, people would wonder why there was a blank canvas there.
The artist named it “Take the Money and Run.” The museum should change it to “Get your Money Back and Laugh.”

I believe the Vikings adapted them from the Romans. The Greeks and Romans also had a day for the Sun and a day for the a Moon. They obviously never changed the Month from their Latin roots. July and August are named after Julius Caesar and Caesar Augustus.

I’m not sure if this is how you meant it, but I take competent in a bad connotation. I am competent in many skills, but some of them I would despise doing on a daily basis. I would base it on what you’re good at and what you wouldn’t mind doing daily.
I used Apollo all the time. If they inserted all those ads into Apollo, I’d still be on Reddit. Their app is so horrible that I’ve left.

I’d like if home-buying was more affordable, but we are still stuck in the supply problem. My brother put his house on the market and priced it the highest any house in his neighbors sold for. He got an offer for that in 2 weeks. The housing value will crash if the market get flooded, but home builders don’t want that.
