Just 2 turkey legs seasoned with a Memphis style BBQ rub. Smoked them for about 4 hours at about 275⁰F using apple wood chunks and charcoal in my side-smoker.

Not tough at all, I pulled them right at 165⁰F, so they’re still nice and moist
