Probably not. This isn’t fully exclusive to Japanese hentai, though they are probably the most prominent example. I’ve ended up blocking AIGEN for a couple reasons, but one is the they all seem to want to put really youthful faces on sexy bodies.

rule34.xxx has loli and shota stuff explicitly banned, the tags are removed and if people try to upload it, it will get taken down, frequently very swiftly. It also allows you to ban tags (no account needed, local storage only mind you) so you can filter out furry/zoophilia or even straight or gay stuff based on your needs.
I always thought of that site being more just pics and less comics/stories?
