Earlier this year, 13-year-old Mohammed Zalabani boarded a bus at an Israeli army checkpoint in the Shuafat refugee camp and lunged at an Israeli police officer with a kitchen knife.

“If you protest us stealing your home, we’re going to steal your home!” said the democratic republic that officially has not recognized that it is steal homes.

It wasnt a protest, it was an assault, and the alleged criminal is denied his home already by virtue of being incarcerated… The threat is that they blow his family’s home up and leave them homeless.

So it’s “piss us off and we make your whole family homeless”, which is behavior generally attributed to criminal mafia.

More than that. They’re already finding whatever excuse they can to destroy Palestinian homes and settle Israelis there. This pisses off Palestinians, hamas thrives, terror attacks on Israel, Israel does whatever the fuck it wants in retaliation. Self sustaining cycle.

Punishing family for a family member’s crime is a trait of shitty authoritarian country such as North Korea. Not sure how Israel is currently governed, but something must’ve gone really wrong in their governance if they have unjust policy like this.
