      Yeah I can kind of imagine. thats the problem with a collective rise like that. Everyone knows your all getting screwed together so you can effectively unionize. How’d they not expect the reaction they got though?!

        I’m happy. The pay rise wasn’t applicable to me because I’m on probation.

        According to a manager I’m close with, this is damage control. A lot of really important people are looking at other jobs.

        One department may completely collapse.
