Why is DeJoy still in charge of USPS?
Because Biden wants him to be. Biden has made enough appointments to the USPS Board of Governors that they would have a majority to remove DeJoy if they wanted, but Biden appointed DeJoy supporters instead.

I actually agree with you. Though I don’t know why Biden has left him in place. DeJoy sucks, and I hope the next Democratic president pushes to remove him.
