minus-squaresartalon@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·3 months agoI definitely see images, but not specifics. For example, I can see my wife’s face, in my mind, but I can’t draw from that memory. Like I am seeing the images from a distance, but if I try to focus on a detail, the image falls apart.

We don’t.
I definitely see images, but not specifics. For example, I can see my wife’s face, in my mind, but I can’t draw from that memory.

Some people do. Many of us don’t.
