Batman lures the Hulk into a custom designed electromagnetic levitation cell. Hulk is purely physical, if he can’t touch the walls or floor, he can’t move and he can flail all he wants as he rotates helplessly in the middle of the EM chamber.

As long as it has power, Hulk is neutralized.

Edit: As @HessiaNerd mentions below, Hulk Thunderclap. I don’t know if Hulk is immune to vacuum but if he is then that might counter thunderclap. If he’s not immune to vacuum then Batman would not use this as you know, ‘no killing’.

There was a comic where they were fighting, and Batman dropped a pellet of knockout gas then got Hulk winded so that he had to breathe in the gas.

He also has some suits that would help, like the Anti-Predator armour or Justice Buster armour.

Loved the time Spider-Man defeated the Hulk by telling a joke, which made him revert back to Bruce Banner.

    Batman can’t do that, though.

Shoot him with a dart containing a massive dose of propranolol. Adrenaline cannot bind in Bruce Banner’s body, making him unable to trigger the transition to Hulk. Batman beats him up easily.

Well, movie Banner tried to kill himself with a gun and the Hulk spit it out so I don’t think a dart would have an effect. Unless the release of those chemicals and its spread is faster than the speed of a bullet then it’s probably useless.

Comics Hulk is a different story and depends on how he’s written because Hawkeye has killed the Hulk with a special arrow in Civil War II.
