Picture of my upper harness all together.
I didn’t put on the surcoat, belts and pouches for this as I still need to attach some arming points to the gambeson. Fun day ahead!
“I hear they’re reforming the Dawnguard, vampire hunters or something, in the old fort near Riften.”
They can lick my metal balls. Don’t need no organization.
Any mail over top of your arms where there isn’t any plate?
Shh don’t answer him OP, he’s trying to find vulnerabilities to defeat you in single combat.
I would. I have a maille hauberk I used to wear with my crusader armor. Unfortunately due to a couple back injuries I got at work, I can’t really wear that anymore. so my current kit I am going a lot lighter.

I don’t believe I am a Dwarf, cousin of Gimli, and companion of Thorin OakenShield, who later perished in an attempt to reclaim Khazad Dum.
Jk. Thanks!
You should 3d print some so it looks the part but is easier on weight, if you have access to a 3D printer that is.
I can’t imagine how much hassle it would be to make an entire shirt of 3d printed chainmail
Could you not print large sections with the links already linked?
Possibly? I don’t have access to 3d printing tho
The right person to follow during a zombie apocalypse.

Looks great! Do you fight in this? Is this for re-enactment or LARP?
I do not LARP or fight lol. I wear it to the renfest and use it for costuming for videos.

Where in the world would you have gotten armor? I’m legit interested. Is it real plate?
I actually got everything you see here off medievalcollectibles.com. it’s all been modified by me.
It’s all steel.
I painted and weathered the armor using this technique that I learned from a friend.
